Finished up with the upper and lower coolant hoses. Lowered the upper with a 3/4" trim of the 90 at the t-stat housing. Lower hose route worked out real well with a 3/8" trim on the hose at the lower radiator outlet.

Greg what serpentine system do you have? I have pretty much the same exact set up but with V-belt. I'd like to upgrade to the serpentine.

Another electrical in the trunk update. Finished up making up a wire loom for the license plate lamp and for the rear lights. Will be using a LED trailer converter for the rear lights. Will mount converter on inside of driver's side trunk panel. A few pics of of my progress today. Gorilla box is almost exact size of my battery that is on backorder. Mid June is when they say will be shipped. Main battery cables are just hanging below, just need to be pulled up thru the rear grommets.

Decided to do a walk around to share my progress to date after clamping wire looms in the cockpit and messing around with the seat brackets and sliders.

Been cleaning up a few loose ends around the car and also got to make up some metal pieces to patch up the trunk area. A couple pieces for the roll bar down tube and one for the fuel tank inlet. These will lay around awhile and get fastened later on with some sort of rubber seal.
Instead of talking about it I went ahead and put the carb on.

Took the week off and spending some of my time on the build. Threw the seats in to see how they look, really happy with them and how they feel. Started on passenger side and it went together as planned. Pics below show the bracket and sliders loose to find the width of the seat and clear the hand brake. The base plate has 1/2" spacers underneath which also allows me to access button head screws holding sliders to base plate. Once I got sliders and side brackets tightened up to the width and alignment I needed, placed the seat back in with some weight and see what angle I want to put into them and then will drill the seat sides. Drivers side should go together quicker after doing the passenger side.
