Has anyone ever seen the old slotted mags on a corba, I have a pair of 15x7 and a pair of 15x10, I think they may look good, just a thought. I am hoping to order my kit in the fall for a winter build.

Are you talking about Halibrand type mags?

If so, that's how I keep visualizing mine and I think it would be a great look!

I think if you like them you should put them on your car as long as the offset is ok. I just got some goodyear 295/50/15 for my 10" rims and some 255/60/15 for my front 8" rims. They look great!. Too many people are trying to get so authentic with a car that I saw exactly 3 actual ones on the road in the last forty years with. Real Cobra's are so valuable today who would be out cruising in them anyway? Do what turns you on. No offence to those who are trying to make their car as origional as possible. Randy  :)

Thanks for the come back guys, I agree about doing what I want, its MY car, my 1963 merc is running the American style spokes in front and the slotted wheels in back, thats the way it was done here in Mi back in the day. I get hassled by the younger guys, but they understand I'm old and don't know any better, ha,ha,ha. ;D ;D ;D
