Looks Great Mike!!  I bet you can't wait til early next week or the week after and it's been cleared and ready to put back on the chassis.

Quick question though.  Is the black a primer, sealer or a base color?  Curious as you mentioned it was blocking it.

Keep the pictures coming!!

Cheers,
Ryan Cassidy

Thanks guys.

Ryan,
it is actually a single stage black he referred to as Krill(sp?).  He put a gallon of the high build primer on it before blocking the first time.  Tonight he put 3 coats of single stage black to show all the imperfections before blocking it again.  It's a high quality single stage black that he decided to use to make sure everything is perfect.  He also said it will give the basecoat of black more depth of color when he is done.  He will reassemble the car this week, mask off the stripes(silver), disassemble the car, spray the stripes, clear it and have it ready for me next week!!!!  WOOHOO!!!  He is supposed to have my sample stripe colors ready tomorrow for final selection.  The suspense is killin me.  I was ready to take it home tonight it looked so slick!

Looks beautiful!! Love the black. I'm planning (at least this week) on the same combination -black w/Arctic Silver (Porsche color) stripes.

Thanks.  I was alittle nervous about black but when I saw it in the booth I was in awe of how good it looked.  I am trying to find the right silver myself.  I am looking at the superformance silver for my stripes probably.  I have him spraying two other silvers also to compare.  There are so many different shades it is killin me!!!   :o
