Big thank you to Hurricane for the awesome kit. And Eric and Todd at Stewart for a perfect delivery. I do need to organize things better! A storage shed for lawn stuff and some parts. Big smile here! More to come......

It does! Will unpack more tomorrow. Just bitter cold today. No heat in garage yet. Lots to unpack and sort.

Well it's been way to long since a update on this. The very first step to install and bolt in the windshield had a snag. One of the threaded holes in the brass side support bars was stripped. My son fab'd a new bar. Old one tapped out but did have to remove 2 small screws that hold the base to the upright.

The brass bar was replaced with steel. Had to chuckle Greg K told me Whitbys sells a replacement kit. LOL oh well this was easy to do and saved a few bucks. Finally on to body removal and getting this thing going!!

Well there are many cool builds going on. Nice to see!! Mine has been slow and that's ok. Life is very full at the moment.

So here we get into the problems of using stock FE block LEFT side engine mounts. Ford used to make a 427 SO engine mount for the left side. Problem is Ford moved the left side lower hole UP away from the sideoiler galley.

You have to grind the inside hole and then bend the little tab up to fit in the galley way. LEFT side only. And this is only the sideoiler engine.

Mount installed and fits well. Block painted with POR-15 brush paint.

Right side is fine like every other FE block made!
