I've been looking at Cobra kits for years and was set on purchasing another brand when a pal o mine turned me on to Hurricane motorsports. I like the kit and the name(From south loiusiana, we kinda deal with hurricanes down here) I need to know if this kit is right for me. I'm 6'4" tall and have only fit in two cobras before. They were the Superformance which retails for about $42,000 rolling chassi (Way too much for me)and the Factory Five with the lowered seat pan kit (priced right but need donor). Will this car allow me to shoe horn in and not numb my rear and legs?
Please reply guys I see that family atmosphere among you and really like the support that you give

I'm 6'2" and the car is quite roomy. With the new modification to the cockpit tub that allows the seat to go back further and the dropped footbox, it's not cramped at all and is easier to get in & out of than the other Cobras I've sat in.
Check with Hurricane to see if there is an owner of one close to you to check out. When I called Hurricane to find out the best day to fly in for a tour (2000 miles), I was told there was one 30 miles from my house. Sure was a lot easier.
Good luck. You can't go wrong with a Hurricane. :)

BIGDADDYFROG, i hope you fit, i hope you fit.
remember the small block version has the most leg room for the foot box on drivers side is longer.

I am 6'3" 220 and have no problems.  And mine does not have the wheel well modes to allow the seat to go farther back.  Don't get me wrong...it is snug but far from uncomfortable.  It is not any tighter than my 72 vette was.  I am in Georgia if your close by.

Welcome aboard!

I'm only 6 ft tall, but when I visted the factory recently and sat in their demo car (production car #2), I had plenty of room.
