side louvers

I noticed on one of the build sites where they moved the side louvers 4 inches forward.  In looking at some Cobra photos it appears they do belong forward closer to the wheelwell.  In looking at the new street roadster pictures that were recently posted, the louvers also appear to be moved closer to the wheelwell.  What's the deal on this?  Is this a running change to the body?

It's one of the changes made to make the body more accurate to original. Mine has them farther back but I will be moving them forward to the correct position.

Dan, the louvers were moved forward along with a couple of other enhancements a few months ago. I received my kit in July and I have them in the correct place. A couple of other enhancements were recently made that will be part of all kits going forward. That's one of the things I like about Hurricane.  Along with outstanding customer service, they are constantly looking at ways to improve their product.
