kansas do you need wipers to pass inspection?

Do you need wipers to pass inspection in kansas?  I am just wondering if I need them.  I mean I doubt the car will see any rain.

The answer, quite sadly, is, "yes."

You need wipers, two mirrors (one on left side) and the standard lights & signals.

Thanks for the response TOM.  I am here in Kansas now, got to go back to Atlanta today to get the rest of my stuff.  I have two buyers lined up for the car.  Hopefully by this time next week I will have it sold.

Now you tell me lol.  Next time give me an email shout  I was on my way back to atlanta this weekend to pick up the last of my stuff.  The tranny in the pick up died on the way back so all I could muster up was 40 mph from st louis to here.  Took me hoursssssssss lol
