Wow! Looks nice Mike. I like that polished manifold. Tell us a little more about it. What kind of cam you running?

Hey, nothing wrong with moving slow. Its best to take your time and do it right. I find if I rush things or am hurried, it takes the fun out of it for me. Keep up the good work.

Wow.  that's coming along nicely.  I'm always impressed by the folks that can build their own engines. That's something that I just can't wrap my head around.

Cheers,

:) The cam is a 280 degree Competition roller cam with .480 lift.  The intake from Edelbrock has the new Endurashine finish and can anly be cleaned using clear coat safe products but it should maintain its shine.  It almost looks like chrome and I am real happy about how it looks.
The carb is a 600CFM Edelbrock.

Really nice Mike! I like the black block/heads/covers against the bright work.

280 roller. Nice choice. That sounds like a nice combination you picked out. It oughta run good. I think the bright work with the black block/heads looks great too.
