What are the two holes in the lower cockpit bulkhead, below the rollbar? IRS mounts?

I just got through looking at your pictures, the paint really looks great and  the color combo. is "Smashing".  
I noticed that you said your car will be in Calif. on the 14th. of January..
Mike Arps said my car #1072 will be delivered on the 12th. here in Lake Havasu City, Rich Lacy is bringing it.  Mike said, " there's a really good looking painted Hurricane (blue w/white) on the truck"....sounds like it might be yours.

Anyway, hope I get to see it when it passes through AZ.
