Larry, sorry for the unfortunate mistake with the 32, but glad you could demonstrate the importance of some sort of circuit protection on these vehicles, esp ones with remote mounted batteries with long power cable runs. I put a circuit breaker on mine.

Things happen,  and you are right about circuit breakers.  I've never built a car without one.

I know the feeling Larry. My panels had scribe marks that ended up being really close to what needed trimmed.
The hood hinges are a real blast to get up in there aren't they.

The hood is a mile off for sure.  The deck lid is a little closer.  The doors are their own issue.

Saw your wiper video. Not sure if you're running defrosters since you're have the heater but didn't forget those. I haven't cut mine in yet, driver's side looks like it'll will be quite interesting to fit in there with all the gauges and wiring. I'll more than likely have to pull the windshield to cut/drill for the ducts.

Larry I've been watching your progress vids and really enjoy them. Sorry about the finger accident and hope it heals quickly.

Thanks!  And thanks for watching my nonsense. Finger is fine.  Just took a hunk out of the skin.  it is almost healed now.  Turned out it looked a lot worse than it actually was.

I was holding my breath when you were cutting the hood! Glad it worked out. I'm in the same boat (no hood scoop) and good to see that tip. A dropped base bottom air cleaner or a aluminum flat base plate Ford used on the 66 427 Fairlane are options. But can compromise carb space a bit. Anyway keep up the good work!
