AN Fittings standards...

Hey guys, does anyone know if there is a good online resource for AN assembly standards?
For instance:
How much torque or how tight?
Does this fitting require oil to assemble, or tape/liquid teflon (NPT fittings)?
Things like that that a newbie needs to know.
