Sorry for your loss. Some people may not understand, but to us pet lovers, they are a part of the family. Actually, I like my pets more than most of my relatives. ;)

So sorry to hear about your  "Sugur Cookie" passing on.   :'(

I for one understand the profound loss you and your family are feeling right now.  I too lost my "Honey Girl" last year (a 3 year old golden), she was doing what she loved most....chasing a rabbit.  She tried to take out a 4-wheel drive chevy pick up and didn't win...very sad time for all of us.  Anyway, time will help ease the pain and loss..my thoughts are with all of you guys.    :)

Your car is looking great too!    ;D

Best Regards, Bill
The trouble with people is not that they don't know , but that they know so much that ain't so.

It's been a while since I posted and have done a little work. All the plumbing battery cables and fuel lines are in as well as the tank. I started setting the engine in for the last time with the clutch slave and hoses for that . Thanks to those who helped out on that one. I also started on the cockpit tub body work. It will be painted black and clear coated on the underside and engine compartment. Here are some of the pics since I last posted. Enjoy. Fuzzy, these bowtie pics go out to you and all the other bowtie fans.

For those who are still wondering if a 17"X9" wheel with a 5" back spacing will work? Here is the proof in the pudding. both left and right wheels clear quite nice

Trunk. I decided like most to put the battery up over the axle. more space in the trunk for Cobra stuff.

It's been a long hot summer. Gustav and Ike paid us a visit. But the only hurricane that survived down here was HM1111. we're ready to roll Go Kart style. All wired up and no place to go. Yeah Right
