Bobby,

Nice job, I like the look of the carb on the Mod Engine.

Tell me about the Wheels, pin drive?

TOO COOL!   ;)

Without question, your build is one of the best I've seen and I love the motor and installation...it looks like it a factory job.  WOW!

Best Regards, Bill     :)
The trouble with people is not that they don't know , but that they know so much that ain't so.

i'm down in florida visiting family and got over to the dmv to try and register the car.  I hit a few bumps but managed to get it registered as a 1965 hurricane with antique tags. to get it done i had to sign a odometer exemption forum since they claim hurricne should have provided one.

I used midwest for the insurance Terry is great and so are his rates.

Looks great
Registered it in Florida? Do you have to have residence there? I have family down there also and that sound much easier than up here.

Nice weather today in NY 50's and sunny took the car out for a 40 mile drive instead of working on the new top I figure winter will get here eventually.

Did you get that top thru Hurricane?

Yea, tell us more about the top. How will you mount a rear window between the rollbar and the trunk opening into the fastback slope?
Inquiring minds want to know!!!

I found the top on club cobra a guy in pa. makes all sort of glass parts for various cars.
he made the top to fit a original 289 street car around 10 years ago and had the mold.  he claims that he made only 1 other one for a guy with a f5.
the back part of the top fits the hurricane body great ( just alittle glass work) the front i had to cut and have to add a 3" piece of glass which I think relates to the windsheild angle being less then the originals
The top came with a back hatch inner and outer panel that I will bond together once I fit all the harware and blocking inside, I will need to make all the glass panels and come up with the gaskets and hatch stays
the top cost me $700 with crating plus my shipping cost to ny @ $165

Here are some pics of the top on a f5
