Your motor mounts were off? What did you have to shim?

Mine went in smooth. I left the motor/trans mounts a little loose then once they were in I snugged everything up.

If you didn't get your drive shaft made up, Nassau driveshafts is making mine now. They have about a 3 hour turn around. They have done great work for me in the past. 516-867-3685

Look'in good Erik!!!! I like the quick time bellhousing. Is there enough room for the fork travel? It just looks mighty close to the trans in the pic. She is coming along nicely though. Keep up the good work. Oh, nice lift too. I'll have to think about something like that one day.

Let me know if you see anything wrong with this set-up. I did not make any adjustments or put the spring on yet

Hey Erik,
I'm not sure there's anything wrong. In fact your setup looks great. I was just a little curious about the amount of travel available and whats required. This is a new setup that most of us aren't familiar with so I was questioning it to satisfy my curiousity. Pics can also be deceiving so there may be more room than what it looks like.

the mounts are off about 1/4 in too wide I'm using a cobra mod motor and jason only did one before using the customers actual motor on that one
he made a jig for future use (so he told me)but its off  seems the placement is correct front to back
don't think the fix will be a big deal

eric how many hours a day are you working on your car like to make arrangements to go up and see you my problem is I'm using my parents empty garage (10 min away) but its not like having it right out the door I built a few bikes in my basement and would go down there at 2am to work

I am going to try and post some pics tomorrow

Nice Erik!
Is there a cover that goes over the starter/flywheel?

So far, Mike from Fortes said Quick time does not have one but they are working on it.
Do not know if it's an issue or not?
