Hey Bob,
Great Job!!!! Is that a Comelion (Spell Check) paint? What color is that?
Because I was thinking of a Specta Blue off a Lexus..Looks Close....

Hey Phil

That is Lexus Spectra blue that I used. I could not decide, stripe, no stripe, so I ended up with the ghost stripe which is really just "Mother of Pearl" metal flake sprayed on with just reducer and then clear coated. The painter I used Artisans Auto body did a great job with the paint.
Still a lot of little things left to do, finish the aluminum in the cowl and wheel wells, install wipers, and fininsh the interior. I hope to have it completed by the spring.

It looks fantastic Bob!!!! Nice colors, I like the ghost stripe. Dash looks great too. You've done an excellent job. Theres a lot of little things to wrap up, but your almost there. Keep up the good work.

Agreed.  I really like those ghost stripes.  Car has come along nicely.  Did you build the dash panel yourself?  Looks great!

Thanks for nice comments. Yes the dash I fabricated as well as much of the brackets and mounts for things like the alternator, throttle cable mount, slave cylinder bracket. As you can see adherence to originality was not 100%, like for the catch can and things like that.

Where did you get the rubber grommets for the front quick-jack holes?
