Hey Ryan,

I just got in from the weekend and thought I'd check the forum. Boy, am I glad I did. What a treat. I've waiting to see your completed car for a while. All I can say is WOW!!!! It looks fantastic. Your attention to detail is amazing.

You've done an outstanding job on it and can truly be proud of what you've accomplished. Everything looks perfect!!! I can't wait to see it in person one day (maybe I can get a ride too!).

Again, congratulations on a job well done!!!  [smiley=thumbsup.gif] [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Ryan, congrats on a beautiful car!  Your website, your posts and your selfless, unending support for all of us has been been more beneficial than you will ever know. I think probably all of us fellow HM owners have a little of your build in ours. How many times have we said ". . I learned that from Ryan's website" or "Ryan posted about this" ?
Your car is magnificant and reflects your attention to detail and skill!
Even though you're "done" , I sure hope you stay around on the forum!
Again congrats!
BTW, one complaint. I thought I had finally decided on my color combo (black w/silver stripes). Then I see your finished car pictures, and all of a sudden I'm re-thinking colors again. Thanks alot!!

Ryan,

Your cars looks great, I can't wait to see the engine pictures. I see that you put the side mirriors on the yours how are they working for you can you see out of them good? I went with the ray dot on mine.

Sid,

Not sure..  lol..  The drivers one I could see out of if I ever took the time to adjust it.  The passangers is well,  more there for looks I guess. Can't really see that well out of it since it's so small. Easier just to turn the head slightly and look.

Cheers,

Mirrors, I've got a set like Ryan's and they are pretty much just for looks...I did see a site earlier this week that gave you and option of either flat glass or curved in the same type of mirror....I glued on a plastic curved mirror on the glass of mine, works better than original but lacks inlooks....

That is BEAUTIFUL!!!  Makes me want to get busy with paint.

Just a side note:  I put the RayDot mirror on the side of my windshield.  I learned from my last Cobra that the mirrors on the fender were there only to please the state.

Awesome job Ryan.  It has been great following your build on your site as well.  You are a huge asset to Hurricane builders everywhere!

Absolutely stunning!!!!  We need some engine pics bro.  Love the colors of this ride.  Is it me or is the steering wheel angle a bit extreme on Hurricanes?

Rich Burroughs

Ryan, your car looks great! Those pictures are very, very good. We might have to "borrow" a few for the website. Perhaps we need a hurricane cars calendar for next year. Have fun driving it and let us know what awards you win at the shows.

Rich - NP - Those are a first pass at what I view as Print Photo's (I enjoy photography too), I have some ideas in my mind's eye for pictures. I just need to find a spot and the right time to execute on those ideas. Working on the engine pics too :-) BTW I can only hope to be so lucky at a show, but thanks for the encouragement!

I adjusted the one side mirror and that works better, but the passangers side is well still for looks.

I'm trying to go on a little cruise to the North GA mountains this weekend weather/housework permitting.  Can't wait.

Cheers,
Ryan Cassidy
