wiper hole location

OK....So I'm about ready to mount the body back on the chassis and get to bodywork. Read that need to mount the wipers first due to access later.

My dilemma is the manual has three different measurements that contradict each other. See pic below. First says make marks 10"  ether side of center at 4-3/4 from hood opening. OK. Simple. Then next it says you should now have two marks 10" off center 3" back from hood. How can that be when you just marked them 4-3/4" back. Then you look at the picture and it shows them 4-1/4" in back from the hood! WTF? Which is it?

It really depends on the location of the windshield. You want the hole 2" off the front edge of the lower chrome of the windshield frame.

Yea, I talked to Bob W and he said same thing.  And in the wiper instructions that's what it says. They need to just burn that joke of a manual. It does nothing but confuse throughout the whole build. Its ridiculous and seriously frustrating I could go on but wont...........
