Hurricane Selected for the London Cobra Show Raffle Car

The Ohio Cobra Club has posted the announcement of the Hurricane Raffle Car for the 2013 London Cobra Show!  They are going to start selling raffle tickets November 1st and the lucky winner will drive this "London Hurricane" home from the 2013 London Cobra Show.  Very Exciting News!

There has been a slight delay on selling tickets, (something about the printer getting the design wrong, don't know if it was the printer or the Ohio Cobra club.) I will let you know when we get it workde out.

Fuzzy, I think that the easiest way for you to buy tickets would be "on-line". Yes you can buy them as gifts for your brothers (or friends,[ ol friend]  ). You could just put their contact info on the ticket.  What a great gift! Thanks Fuzzy!

Okay, the Hurricane will be mine, two Hurricanes in the garage will be perfect, I guess the truck goes outside...On second thought, no the truck will stay inside, my wife's Jeep goes outside.

Am I optimistic or what ..I bought a ticket to ride.

Thanks Bill!  It would be nice if someone in the Hurricane family did win the car. Dusty is correct, I have not heard one negative comment about the color. The pictures just don't do it justice!

Hurricane announcement!!!!!

We have a new member of the Hurricane family
The drawing was this past Saturday night and Don Wolf from PA. was the lucky winner of the Hurricane raffle car!

Well, everybody that was not in London this past weekend, you guys missed a GREAT show!! we had about 200 cars and when we left town main street looked like it had been repaved!!
Dusty stayed out of trouble, and none of the Hurricane guys had much adult beverage! ( hehehe.  Dusty made me say that.) All of the cruises went off without a hitch and only a couple of breakdowns.
We have a new Hurricane owner. Unfortunately none of us knew him.

The main thing is that with the help of the Texas crew we were able to give the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation $50,000.00!! That is $10,000.00 more than last year and we have to thank Hurricane for that. Pictures did not do the car justice !!  Dusty didn't bring out the police chopper this year..

to all the folks at Hurricane, the Ohio Cobra Club sends a big "Thank you!!"

That's super news George, great donation and was glad to be apart of that though there must have been some mistake when my ticket didn't get drawn  .   Wish I could have been there and someday I will be though not sure just when.  Thanks to the Hurricane folks for helping out and looking forward to living the event through videos and photos.
