For those of you who like the mid-engine design but want a well engineered ORIGINAL design, check this out:

http://race-car-replicas.com/rcrp.html

This company has incredible engineering and the bloke who owns the company has a great history in the racing field.
Retired and attempting to age disgracefully!!

I saw the cars at the carlise show great looking chasis's monocote construction with goodlooking all tig welding the bodys look a million time better then a f.f

The downside is they look too much like race cars

Does anyone know if you can shoehorn a 4.6/5.4 modular engine into the hurricane.  I read that JDM motorsports is making an aluminum 5.4L, like the one in the GT but for wet sump...thought this would be kinda coolish retro style....like an "old meets new" kinda thing.  Also, MMR has some smokin' engines.
