Ben, yes I had binding added to most of the carpet piece's. Gives it a more finished look. My main trunk carpet piece didn't have openings pre cut in it for the roll bar and fuel neck. I ended up cutting the main piece in two since I thought it was trying to do too much with one. The battery shelf and vertical section will be one piece and main floor another piece. I do have to figure out how to keep access to the fuel pump and sender unit especially since the sender is stuck again.

A little heads up, I just started messing with my trunk pieces tonight. Not sure how different your Gen kit is than mine but they precut some slots for the fuel filler pipe and roll bar so I had to pull that stuff back apart. After doing so and trying to get the pan piece to fit right I ended up cutting the openings loose at one end so in the end there was actually no need to remove the roll bar and fuel filler. Battery will probably have to come out unless I cut around it.

Turned out really nice it looks like.
Did you add binding to some of the edges? I ended up doing that on some pieces. Yours might be different since you have an earlier Gen kit.

Finally finished the cockpit carpet installation. Still have the trunk to do. A lot of work. Overall, pleased with the results. I have my car entered in our local car show Saturday. I'll post some pictures.

Anyone but from Cobra performance (csxparts.com) recently? I sent a request for what diameter their steering wheel center caps are and tried calling them twice and can't get a response. I know I've heard finish line is not good to buy from anymore, not sure if Cobra performance is in the same boat or not.

Looking good Jeff. Quite involved is an understatement haha. I'm in the thick of it too, I think body work was easier.
