General Information / Re: more questions

I was doing some checking on the same thing (having the body finished and painted at Hurricane before shipping) that is an option, you would need to get with Mike at Hurricane for  the details.

I would love to, but I just don't get that way very often (I think the last time I was there was 1984). I appreciate the offer though. From what I have researched I think that Hurricane is the way that I am going to go anyway, I just wanted to see one personally if there was one close. I will not be ready to purchase until probably July at the soonest, but I have honestly only heard good things about Hurricanes product and their Customer Service.

I think the 4.6 is a great idea. It should be a monster with a supercharger on it.

I think when I am finally ready to build,  I will put in a 408 Stroker with IRS and  AOD. (I have bad knees and don't want to do a lot of shifting).

After Changing a whole bunch of brake shoes from drum brake systems, changing pads on disc brakes is a cake walk. It takes me longer to jack up the car and take the tire off then it takes to change the pads out.

It really is pretty easy after you have done it once or twice. Since I do not have a hurricane yet I cannot comment specifically on the calipers that they use, but they all are basically the same.

Dan thanks for that info. That would be great if they could make more space in front of the wheel well. Let me know how it works out.

General Information / Leg Room FFR vs Hurricane

I have sat in a FFR MKIII and it was tight but do-able, but I have recently heard about Hurricane and really like what I see. I am very strongly considering the hurricane now after almost buying the FFR. My question is: Is there anybody who has experience with both cars that could give me a general comparison between the two? I will be using an automatic transmission so I don

Alfredo, I have to commend you on your attention to detail. I have looked at all of the photographs you have posted and I am so impressed with your build. Can you tell me what color codes you used on your paint? That is honestly the only white cobra that I have seen that I like

I have been anticipating the day when you posted your finished kit pictures, I can honestly say it was worth the wait. WOW! You should be very proud of what you have built
