Just reading through this bit but wanted to point out commit you made on pinion angles that you had 2 degrees down on the the trans and 2 down on pinion. Please re-check pinion in your case should be 2 degrees up for best driveline life.

Agree Aaron always found the Boys to be helpful and fair, and I wish them well.
I don't get on the forum much and since the future of the site seems unclear want to let my fellow Hurricane owners know how to reach me.

Picked ours up in a raging snow storm in 2012, little dicey pulling the trailer till we got back south.

Did not want to highjack the other thread, so moved over here. Bobby how recent was that last picture in the group you posted? Do you have the body back on?

So Bobby, it has been almost eleven days since you first started. How many times have you started it since? And do you have cramps in your cheeks yet from smiling so much?

Paul are you going to add the steel tube that runs from atop the foot box down to the front X, I remember that Dean did that on his.

Love the eight stack always wondered what a $5,000 dollar bill looked like.

Dick, you can find my entire build album here: http://s1060.photobucket.com/user/TMark390/library/
I will have several shots of the aluminum panels. I added an extra bend to clear the headers on the Big Block. Any questions just let me know.

Id say its time for an update there Bobby. How else are we supposed to know what part we need to push you to finish.

I would say less than 200 LB Dad and I moved the body several times just the two of us. The brace front to rear cowl is very important. When going on and off the chassis you do need at least 4 bodies, you need to be able to float around and watch things and help flex the sides out past the tub.
