As far as getting your certificate of origin notarized, sorry I can't help you there.
If you do ever speak to Chris White, you might ask him to register you and give you acess to the private owner's side of this forum. You'll find it contains a wealth of knowledge and information on building and customizing our cars.

I contacted Wholesalehotrod.com as you suggested. Great tip, Although they don;t really sell to the public, Jason steered my towards Shell Valley. This got me thinking. I would bet anything that every Cobra manufacturer out there uses the same Lighting, Chrome, Windshields, wind wings, visors, radiators, gas tanks........Frame, Body and suspension seem to be the only differences in all of these cars.
