Finished Kit Pictures / HM 1102 is Painted

Got HM 1102 back from Whitby Motorcars in Greensboro, NC.  Couldn't be happier with the bodywork and paint they did for me.  Got a few more finishing items to complete before I call it done.

They booby-trapped me!  They weren't bolt's at all,  they were chrome plated plastic plugs.  Pulled them out with pliers and everything fits much better.  Still require some sanding, etc., but they will look good when complete.

Hi Guys,
My front wheel fiberglass centers do not go all the way in either.  They sit on top of the chrome allen head bolts that rim the steel wheel.  It appears that if these bolts were not present the insert would fit right in.  Looking at the pictures in this thread I did not notice any of these allen head bolts, did you remove them or do I have a different type of wheel?   I guess it would be no big deal to remove them as long as they decorative only.

thanks,

Hi Etley,
I live in Chesapeake.  My kit should be delivered later this week.  You are welcome to come look.  Won't be much progress for awhile though.
