What's up with the fiberglass work that Ryan Cassidy had to do, is this something that needs to be done to all Hurricans?

I live in Mid-TN, about 70mi. SE of Nashville.

Hello every one,
 I was origanially planning on buying a FFR kit but I've been checking out the Hurrican kits on this web site and they look interesting. I'm thinking about taking a trip to the hurrican plant in an effort to see the quality of this kit.  Is there any one in the TN. area (or close to it) with a Hurrican 427 car that I could check out and maybe save some traveling time?
