Just outside of chicago.  its going to be at least one year (most likley two) befor i can purchase.  fourth child now on the way.  will defintly want to take a look later on if still not to far ( a two to three hour drive to see a cobra is worth it.)

thanks

Thanks for all the help.  (man i should proof read three or four times for spelling chekcs.)  another question i had was building the car myself, due to time constraints is going to take a while.  three small children and two jobs, is there anything i would should be concered about not being in good shape after lets say a two to four year build?  obviously the motor would be the last theing to be purchaced.  i'm also thinking non paint may be the way to go for me.  less posibilty for damage.

thanks again

General Information / more questions

Hello all,

Just started doing my reserch.  was drawn to the hurricane kit from the start.  looked at a few other comp.  lone star and ffr.  narrowed it down to hurricane or loanstar.

was reading the board here an was impressed with the amount of info owners are willing to share with prospective buyers (another plus for hurricane.)  now in my wandering i found a tread for painted body before shipping?  any truth?  body work is one thing that scares me.  another question i had was about the interior.  is there exposed fiberglass in the inner side of the door?  how had would it be to mount a custom insert?  any owners in ILL?  if so what hoops to jump though to tare up ILL roads?

I thank every one in advance for any help
