Not sure what to make of this. Looks like HM 1097 with the blue/white stripes body was unpacked, but never finished and the seller also bought a 289 body as well?
This is Mike Arps parts stash. Looks like he's decided to unload rather than complete. Pretty sweet deal, if you know what it is.
