Title: battery dilemma

for those who care to read(yes their cars are small but i got a kick that one person using a lawn mower
battery for racing and light weight. i personally want a deep cycle batt and looking into odyssey or
braille. this caught my eye and there was a previous discussion on batts. and i dont think optima is optimal and it weighs too much.

One of our local guys is using an Odyssey PC680 battery in his FFR. Seems to work fine although his engine is a straight SOHC donor w/o mods. 680 CCA seems like would be enough, even for a hot FE so long as it started right away.

look yall think im crazy but if i cant have fun i dont want no part of this planet  i love music and iam
not sponsored so i will rock even if i have to spend xtra coin on the best. all the info on electronics is as endless as the machines we are building.
