Stumbled across this great organization,

I'm having problems with my state(Maine), in regards to Titlle and Registration.
They have helped pass many laws across the country.

The SEMA Action Network is a nationwide partnership of car clubs, and individual enthusiasts (like you) who work together to impact legislation that affects car and truck hobbyists of all kinds. By joining the SAN you will receive up-to-date alerts on hobby-related legislation in your state and across the country.

You also can look up all states current and pending issues and laws passed.

you can also check out dmv.org and go to any state to check regulations
