Does Hurricane offer a ceramic coating option for sidepipes and headers?

Yes, I believe you can have that added as an option. You'll have to ask Mike about it. I didn't know they offered ceramic coating when I ordered my car, and I didn't think to ask about it, so I ended up having them done locally.

I think they send them out to Jet Hot, but I could be wrong.  Dan

You're right about Jet Hot.  I ordered my car with ceramic but asked to pick my car up with the headers uncoated.  I wanted to do any bending/banging/trimming on bare pipes without worrying about dinging up the coating.  I did that and as it turned out I had to do just a little pulling to get things to line up.  I took my bare pipes back before fleeing town and the've been coated and waiting for me to pick them back up for a while.  I'll let you know how they look Monday morning.

;D Yes you can have your headers and sidepipes Ceramic coated for an aditional cost. I ordered my car about a month ago and that is one of the options I am having done.  They are being Jet-Hot coated silver.  I checked into the cost of sending them out to have them coated myself and found out because of shipping charges it would be cheaper to have Hurricane Motorsports take care of it for me.
