Thanks Mike! Don't know why I didn't think of it before. I have been getting contacted from folks from other forums about the blog regarding Hurricane's kit. Felt why not let these folks check it out and follow the adventure as well? Altough, my blog is no where near the quality of Mr. Cassidy's.
I know this isn't the proper forum for a long drawn out explanation, but how does one go about doing a "blog?" Do you need to buy web space somewhere or are there free sites which will host them? Is there software available for internet-zeroes like me to figure things out?

It's free and easy. Two ingredients:
1.) Sign up for a free blog site. I use http://www.blogger.com
2.) Sign up for a free photo hosting site. I use http://www.photobucket.com
blogger.com has an easy "how to." I had never had a blog before and it took me 10 mins to get my first blog up. I did learn that it is a must to have a photo hosting site even though a blog site will let you upload pics. If you want more details, or have questions, just PM me.

I've been keeping my own build log in a Word file. Perhaps that should be shared as well as the pictures. I really think it helps folks see just how easily these cars go together and how helpful the HMS folks are when the bumps in the road are encountered.

Just an update: car off to paint and has been there for a a bit. Pics up on my blog. My guy is trying to get it back to me in next 3 weeks.

Was wondering if your painter is going to paint with the body on or off the car?
Originally, he was going to paint it off the car but quickly realized that the panels wouldn't line up right, etc. Now he is going to paint on the car but who knows!
Keep us posted, I'm thinking about painting mine myself and on-the-car will probably be the best for me, particularly with doing the gaps only once. Think I will paint the underside prior to doing any assembly though. I did buy some Herculiner for the fenders and tub.
