Brand *New* mounted and balanced Vintage 15" Halibrand - Pin Drive Wheels with 4 spinners, 4 adapters, 20 drive pins. Std 5 bolt. They have been recently safety wired. (The tires still have the glue from the stickers just pealed off them) I will not split them up.
