Guys,
It was great fun...Infact the fun has just started.
I recieved this kit in my driveway on May 6, 2006. I took November 06 and December 06 off from the build because of the Holiday's. Working on the kit on an average of 2 1/2 weekends a month, The build took 12 Months. You guy's on the forum really helped me through the "unknown" parts of the build for me, I thank you for that.

My plans for this car is to give it to my son on his 21st B-day. Him and I built this car together.

I WILL BUILD ANOTHER 8-)

Thank you Hurricane MS, Mike Arps and my New Family of unseen members of this Forum. You made my Dream come true :'(

Your car is great! Your family must be very proud. I'm sure you get the same "are you sure you built that?" I want to see it in person when we meet in St. Augustine for lunch some Saturday.

The car really looks great, love the color and the fresh looking wheels, you can be proud for sure.
Your son is a lucky guy and he will get to enjoy the car when its available...or when your not driving it.....Ha..Ha.
I plan on leaving my cobra to my son but he's not getting it until I'm too old to shift the gears or can't get in the thing. :-[

Now, why don't you just build another Hurricane so your a two snake family. 8-)

This really helps remind me of why I want to build one. ;D This is one of the best ones I've seen in pictures. What brand and size wheels are on this car? They are really beautiful. :o Thanks for sharing and keeping the fire going. ;)

American Racing Torque Thrust II Rims
Goodyear Eagle F1 Tires
275/40/17 front
315/35/17 rear

I got everything from Discount Tire at around $2000.
