Well things are coming along with the Ohio car pretty well. Here a few pictures of the progress.

1. Front suspention all buttoned up and brake lines run.

2. Fuel sending unit installed and mounting gas tank.

3. Third member installed, housing in place along with rear suspension. Brake lines and fuel lines are run.

Installing master cylinders, finishing up brake lines and Finish up gas tank today. The tires and wheels are mounted and balanced and would be installed today but still waiting on the pins for the adapters.
Any questions or comments???
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hi Dusty, looking good.  wish mine looked that clean and neat.  What are the chosen spring size, rate and part numbers that you use on the rear end these days?  Also, what size of QA shocks are you using for this car?  Any thing special requested by the club?

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words! Fuzzy, we are just using the standard QA1 adjustable shocks and 400lb springs. No special request other then the deadline  :P
George, better keep the trailer unhooked for a bit yet!

Picture 1. Brake lines and floor mounted pedals all done.

Picture 2. All panels hung and fitted.

Picture 3. Body heading to body shop!!!

I am always amazed at the quality of the raw molded body.

I agree Paul. Now that I'm heavy into the final (I  hope ) stages of the of the paint process I wish I had one of the "new" bodies. I'm sure I would be doing a lot less filling and sanding.

Wow!  I agree the new bodies look absolutely great.   This is a real plus for the builder, much less body work and better fit.

Good job, Guys

ps.  I wish I had new bodies, one for my Cobra and one for me.   ;)

Well been keeping busy so I only have one decent picture to post but wanted everyone to know things are going great! Cockpit tub and trunk tub are done now. Time to do the steering and electrical.

Last I heard the Ohio Cobra Club raffle for this car starts tomorrow so please get with a representitve or go to their website and buy tickets! The website has pictures of what this car will look like finished. All the profits go to a great cause! This is a great group of guys doing what they can on their own to help others. All with one thing in common, COBRAS!

Thank you all for your support
