I really like the new flanged connection between headers and side pipes, but wish you could find a new vendor for the side pipes. The way that our j-pipes are pinched to fit into the 4-way collector creates alot of back pressure. Below are ours and a set of SPF's.

Matt, The ones you show in the first picture were from the first supplier for Hurricane. They quit using them and went with ones like what's shown in your second picture (like the Superformance). I don't know the exact change over but it was before mine was built. I sure like the new flange though (a copy of the FFR).

These were just built.  That is an old style collector that you posted pictures of.  This is the current style and what is being used in production now.

The engine is mounted and the cockpit tub is being installed.

It really changes the engine comp look and I know mine will look cool with the aluminum firewall on top. Keep the pics coming......

The dash has been assembled and gauges installed.  The e-brake has been mounted and installed.  Work continues on both HM-2001 and HM-2002.

Made some progress with the steering and installed the new style aluminum heat shield today.  This will really improve the look of the engine compartment when completed.  The chassis has been taken off the cart and HM-2001 is now sitting on her billboards.
